The industrial door panels are manufactured on large-scale fully automatic continuous production lines that comply with European quality standards. The polyurethane foam is uniform, dense, and has a flat surface. The unique design of internal full-length reinforcing ribs significantly enhances the mechanical strength of the door panels. Even manually operated lifting doors are effortless to open and close – over 95% of the door weight is balanced by a scientifically calculated spring or counterweight system, and each door undergoes a customized counterweight design. Polyurethane Industrial Door Panels
Polyurethane sandwich industrial door panels with a foam density greater than 48kg/m³ provide excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation performance for buildings.
Available in multiple thickness specifications: 40/43/50/60/75/80/43+60/43+95/50+120mm, to meet different needs. They have excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability, and will not lose strength or shrink in low-temperature environments. Tests show that they can withstand long-term heat from -50°C to +100°C, and can even withstand temperatures as high as +250°C without damage in short-term use.
Original door panel joint reinforcement technology. A 40mm wide and 1.0mm thick internal reinforcing rib is built into the door panel joint to ensure the installation strength and durability of the hinges. The door panels can also be cut and reprocessed to any width, making them particularly suitable for large and medium-sized distributors, warehousing, logistics, and wholesale businesses. The outer surface uses color-coated metal materials, and the rust resistance and color stability can be maintained for 25-30 years.
Four surface treatment processes are available: wood grain, orange peel texture, small corrugation, and flat mirror, which adapt to various architectural styles and demonstrate extraordinary taste.
Original design of double built-in full-length reinforcing ribs, which seamlessly integrate fasteners, hinges, and steel strips to ensure sufficient strength at the joint parts.
